Fattori’s sauces are produced in the laboratory of Castelraimodo (MC), with recognition IT 9 2105 CE. Each sauce is produced without chemical additives, in other words, there are not: preservatives, colorings, flavorings and seasonings.

We are used to sterilize sauce jars in order to make them consumable for longer. This means, we sanitize them, providing stability and microbiological safety, eliminating microorganisms and enzymes that would otherwise alter the final product.
Fattori rely on precise criteria selecting the ingredients: using Italian raw materials and as close as possible to the local area. For example: 100% Italian tomatoes, Marche’s beef, Italian pork and Italian extra-virgin olive oil from Umbria.

We offer typically a size of jar of 200g net weight. Different size of jars, like 280g; 0.5kg; 1,5kg net weight, are available for significant orders.
